MEET OUR MANAGER

 Anita Terry Jackson has fulfilled a dream.   As the home’s owner and certified manager, she has been able to put over 24 years experience in the healthcare industry to the most noble of uses. Inspired by her loved ones and their consistent needs for reliable, trustworthy care over the years, she is proud to call this place her own. 

A United States Air Force veteran with more than 13 years honorable government service, she is a respected member of the Tucson healthcare community. The care home is named after her mom, Mrs. Carrie Terry.  Carrie’s Care inception was based on Anita's personal experiences of having loved ones in need, as well her own knowledge and expertise. 

A proven leader, she is excited about the opportunity to share her experience and compassion, as well as that of her staff, with clients and their respective families. Much care and thought went into the design and planning of the care home’s layout and daily operations. Most importantly, the greatest effort has been put into the selection of the Carrie’s Care staff.

Although it is our mission to create an environment that provides the greatest sense of home, it is Anita’s belief that it does not matter how elaborately furnished a care home is or if it is located in the most exclusive neighborhood in town. What matters most to family, is that their family member is safe, well cared for, respected and is being cared for in a manner that gives them peace of mind. It is the goal of the Carrie’s Care staff to provide this to residents and their families on a daily basis.
